Coconut Vanilla Collagen Whipped Cream

I never leave home without my collagen, like, EVER! So this week on our spring break trip my daughter asked me if I had any whip cream for her strawberries. Whip cream on strawberries is not something we usually do, so no, I didn’t have any whipped cream. We are also greatly cutting back on our kids sugar consumption so I never have sugar in the house. So basically I could whip her up some whip cream that wouldn’t be sweet and I knew that wasn’t what she was looking for. THEN I HAD A FANTASTIC IDEA! My Primal Collagen has just enough sweetness that it works great as a whipped cream sweetener. I was so excited when it actually worked!! BEST WHIPPED CREAM EVER! SERIOUSLY, EVER! 1 Scoop Primal Kitchen Collagen Fuel, Vanilla Coconut
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream (I Use Organic Cream)
Pour the heavy cream into a chilled bowl.
Toss in the scoop of Vanilla Coconut Collagen.
Using a hand mixer, mix until light and fluffy.
Serve on fresh fruit, coffee, or any Paleo or Keto dessert!
